Welcome to the CSTE help desk. All Help is FREE. Volunteers from Cary Senior Technology Education (CSTE) are here to help you! By submitting a "Help Request", our volunteer experts will contact you and schedule a time at your convenience, to share their expertise in helping you solve your technical problem. We have expertise on Microsoft Windows, Apple products(IOS, iPads etc.), Smart phones(both Android and Apple), tablets (Android & Apple), chromebooks, linux as well as we can help you in a variety of social media areas. (Twitter, facebook, etc.)

    Free help is available for learning how to use WebEx and Zoom for video conferencing.
